Okay, I'm gonna rant here. If you see a high-quality gamerip MMD model and you have to eager to download it, only for the model to be distributed ONLY on Patreon or worse, being covered by an adfly link. You might know who done it. arisumatio is one of the most infamous MMD porters in the community. At first glance, they looked to be high quality, but in reality, the models are a violation of copyright. They used URL shorteners like Adfly on MEGA folders to (unintentionally) monentize the models. Seriously URL shrinkers are a no go. Oh, and if that's not enough, Adfly can also infect your PC with viruses and malware. So not only are they breaking the rules on copyright, but also are infecting PCs too.

Now that they're distributing models exclusively on Patreon now, you would think they would be called out on their model deviations? But no, they disabled comments on their model preview deviations to AVOID being called out. My how a coward they are. Oddly enough, they do allow comments on their DA page, and they haven't been called out, or are they? (My guess is that if someone calls them out on their DA page, they will delete that comment (UPDATE: I was right)). In a nutshell: arisumatio is using Adfly and Patreon to monentize models (something that the MMD BattleStage cracked down on) as well as disabling comments on their deviations to avoid being called out. Any MMDers that done any projects using their models should take action if necessary. (But my 3rd entry for the Castle Calamity Art Chaos will remain up on my YouTube Channel for viewing).

Also, please don't go and harass the user I mentioned, this is just an honest PSA. If you're using Gamerip models, DO NOT monentize or paywall them. The exceptions are commissioning to port and supporting the MMDer. The reason why I mentioned those is because SAB64 has commissions for his MMD ports and a Patreon, however he draws the line at putting them BEHIND a paywall and releases them for free on HIS deviantart (unless if the ZIP is TOO BIG).
