mongrelmarie ! You'd think that after a full and night to fawn over this image I would have a coherent thing to say about it, but I'm still at a loss for words! The only one that comes consistently to mind is OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING OUTSTANDING!
Every roof, pipe, and wire of the background is intricately detailed. Even the gorgeous, granulated sky is packed with those pretty white birds! Everywhere you look there's a joy to behold!
The neon signs light up both the dreary outside and warm Rika's room! And don't think for a minute that I fail to appreciate the characters written on the signs and lamp! "Rain" was such a clever touch!
But of course, Rika herself steals the show! LOOK AT HER HAPPY FACE! She looks so pleased with her handiwork, as I hope you are with this masterpiece!

Oh interesting! I've never seen RWBY before, but the fan art I see is beautiful. I will have to check it out.
Back in 2015, I commissioned an artist for her design. I just specified that I wanted a green haired shinobi girl with Amegakure apparel (hat, cape, etc), and she pieced it together!

Poor thing. My best friend suffered from PTSD when she was in high school so I know how hard it is.

My friend got help in time so the damage on her mental state wasn't permenant.
However the lab accident costed her right eye.
After she came back from hospital we grew closer and in next 2 weeks we became best friends. Then an ablino girl joined our group and we became best friends for life even now we still visit eachother often and every winter my eyepach wearing friend comes to live with me so she doesn't need to pay bills for heating.
I gave her nickname Odin and she doesn't mind me calling her that. The hardest part for her was getting used to lack of depth perception but ironically she still has her driving licence.
Her favourite hobby is archery and she told me she got better at it after the accident. Her PTSD was cured in 3rd year of high school and it made me so happy to see my friend for the first time after 2 years of depression with a smile on her face. Probably the happiest moment of my life. I've spent most of my life with her and I don't regret it.
