But for me....Mystery Figure is not the hardest boss....Vanitas's lingering spirit is the hardest... No matter how much your lvl is....Vanitas's lingering attack always make your hp to 1.

i want to try fighting those two bosses but im not sure if ill get to unlock them... i beat terra's story but then i started a new game afterwards so that i could play as ven, do i need to use the same save file to earn the completion unlockables??

I think first you need to play finish Terra,Ven and Aqua's story. After that you will get one special data called "Final Episode". While playing final episode. When you go Keyblade Graveyard. You will notice they will be two places to depart. Depart at badland. You will find Vanitas's lingering spirit. Mystery Figure is the most easy thing to find. Just go the left bottom. Remember to get ready before enter^^. You need to play Final Episode first only Terra and Ven can fight the secret boss. That all I know.
