How easy is it to commission something from you. I live on an Island and need a wall mural incorporating all the Victorian steam we used and our Victorian boats, buildings, bikes etc, I could send loads of pics, it is for a themed room

Hi there,
Just send me a note with your e-mail address, I'll drop you a line and you can tell me what you need. I'm quite busy though so if you need something inside the next couple of months you might need to look around at some other artists on DA. Thanks, Peter.

I love that this manages to strike home one of the biggest points of any trading hub, which is to say its ownership changes hands often and its culture is cumulative. The walls with arched arcades, the great barrel vaults made of an older stone darkened by weather staining shows that things weren't just built but built around and rebuilt! The sleek steel of the top of the line landing ports contrasts so beautifully with the cracked stone and concrete of the aqueducts, which in turn drive home how impromptu and new and no doubt necessary the corrugated roof shacks must have been for them to have been built so quick and haphazard. The entirety of this city isn't merely a character, it HAS character!Flagstone streets supported by riveted I beams, signs in any myriad of languages, this whole structure overlooking a background obscured by clouds. I have to fave this so that I can keep coming back and looking at it.

Just incredible!!! Can't imagine how long it took to do this. Should always be kept in the artist's 'private collection'.

This must have taken forever! It was definitely well worth the effort though--this is amazing. I love the colors...
and I could spend hours looking at all the details...
