So much detail! The eye can look at one thing after another! Part trading center, remote hideaway, mountain fortress, utilitarean pitstop, bastion of civilization and den of thieves! Anchorpoint is all of these things and more.
One could imagine that the city would have had a very different flavor in the past, before there were flying ships. The battlements and the traders coming in allow that to be imagined as well.
A great inspiration for a fantasy world!

Oh my god, coincidence time! I once wrote about a city almost exactly like that, name and everything, but completely on the ground. And more post-apocalypse/cyberpunky. But this is srsly awesome, the detail is really great and I love the style and colours. I just want to explore those ships and buildings. Great work!
