So yeah, by now we all know of the "Ugandan Knuckles Tribe" meme, which has pretty much taken over VRChat. I actually got back into this game today (hadn't played it for a week or two) and ran into at least 3-4 people with Knuckles avatar. Suffice it to say, VRChat has gotten pretty crazy as of late. Still, a larger player-base means more worlds to explore! This is Seisoken City, which could also be called "Anime City". There are giant screens playing clips and trailers of anime or Japanese-related products, there's a DJ spinning some Vocaloid tunes in the middle, and there's a garbage can that says "Your Waifu" atop it. I haven't seen this much condensed anime in one place since the last comic convention I was at.

So yeah, I discovered this world seemingly by accident. I was walking through VRChat one day, ready to give up on the game when I stumbled across this world. I went inside and was blindsided by how awesome it looked! It was this cyberpunk city with fireworks, giant screens, and anime as far as the eye could see! Suffice it to say, Seikosen City saved VRChat for me. I mean, it's still a game where the only thing you can do is walk around, talk to people, and occasionally pick stuff up, but at least some of the worlds are genuinely inventive and unique.

I know by posting this pic, Seikosen will probably be swarmed by Knuckles', but who cares? Not even memes can ruin this weird city for me. I've got nothing against the meme though, you guys are free to meme however you wish. At least the meme makes VRChat somewhat interesting, it was pretty bland before Knuckles came along. So yeah, sometimes memes are a necessary evil. XD
