No, it's not her.
I've tried to keep myself from being spoiled but I can't help know some things with kano and shao around.
Her name is Princess Arika.
I kept myself from other details, since she seems to be a key person in Nagi/Negi/Asuna's past.
I'm still waiting for AQS' releases. ^^
I hope you'd visit the place sometime, and maybe submit a random work or two.

Been sick again and my usage of the computer is pretty limited. My last raw download was 224 way behind with the current happenings.
I visited AQS forums awhile ago but it seems the C.fortress has sunk.
So thats Arika.... I got a request while sorting my mail to colour her
at the time I had no idea who she is or what she look like. Now I know

It's pretty simple, just trace the manga pic then fill in the colours.
