No it's actually a skin. Glad you figured out. It is being developed under win7 with aero on so i cannot tell how it looks without. Maybe I'll do one without glass but there are many others out there.

anyway to disable the top aero bar (i think that's the problem) I'm running XP so of course I don't have aero. It's just a silly looking WSH SCRIPT ERROR message now on top of the beautiful looking theme

No hassle guys. Your skin looks like it should. The browser tab now is integrated into the file tab. I only did not update the preview shot. Was too lazy about that.

did you do as i wrote in the description ? there is really no other advice than that. i tested the skin with a completely new standard foobar2000 installation on my laptop before release and it worked as planned.

from what i see i think you did not set the media library in your preferences. go to pref-media library and add a folder with mp3 in it. it takes a minute to initialize the folder and should then display your files. if not you need to select a filter method on the right tab under file as this is connecting to the graphical browser.

Take a look at sycosis66's setup, looks like he did the job, but still missing what i've said before. To set or not the library wont make any difference, moreover the tabs, seems to be some kinda missing code there...

Your setup looks like it should. I removed browser tab. It is now inside the File tab. SKin is development status.

Well, thanks for your answer then, but to say the truth... the preview looks way better than the thing we get when installed.
To be honest, your preview seems to be more "final" than the release itself.
So you've not only removed the browser/lyrics/playing tabs, also some icons... kinda you've released some completely different config from the preview shot!

Actually I've released exactly what I wrote. Every component is in there. Only modified, as it did not work the way it was planned. Also Why have thrice the same tab doing the same thing ?

When starting FB2K I am getting the follwing error:
'Failed to load DLL: foo_uie_wsh_panel_mod.dll
Reason: This component is missing a required dependency, or was made for different version of foobar2000.'
Any ideas?

This panel creates the aero glass effect. So if you are not on windows vista or windows 7 or you don't have a d3d card i suppose this causes the error.

I'm missing a few things from the interface though (Browser, Playing and several other stuff). Is the skin in the preview a newer version?

And a little more bug-reporting:
Changing viewmodes in the File tab doesn't work (it stays on Library Viewer Selection no matter what you choose).
And i love the Myspace/Last.FM/YouTube buttons, very convenient! The Library view is perfect; simple, clean and user-friendly, and it looks sexy. The Biography view just works, and i like the way it shuffles through artist pictures.
Sorry for spamming, I'm just excited about finally having a working and usable Foobar skin under Win7 that actually looks good. Nice work!

These flaws with coverflow and the visualizer are a problem of the respective plugin. I'm aware of these bugs. You're not the only one facing them

The visualizer now plays in a different window after a restart of Foobar. Worked on the first launch.

Oh, and the Chron hangs up alot, (Win7x64, GTX284, Intel C2Quad).

After restoring the original components folder (from the 7z download) again, Chron works fine. After changing the "style" and restarting, it hangs up again.
