I used blue eyeshadow on the upper lid, green eyeshadow extending from the crease in the upper lid out to the eyebrow, blue shimmery powder on top of the upper lid to blend into the green, then put on black liquid liner, followed by purple shimmery powder swept along the lower lid. It's all very time consuming.

Nice picture. Her eyes give me a cat-like feeling. Or maybe it's the look not the shape of the eye. The expression is interesting...it makes you not want to look away from the picture
