thanks, the lighting was kinda random, I was messing around with Adobe Illustrator to see if I can improve the drawing and ended up with this

I knew I forgot something, well the whole point of this picture is about America trying to convince Canada to be independent(at the time he was still apart of England), as he gives examples of what he'll gain from that.
and that's not a hurricane it's supposed to be river, tho I can see why you assume that, I should have probably work on that drawing more but I kinda got lazy

I'm glad it changed a lil nowXP but there are still days when i start some pics and doesn't draw them ready
