What you see before you folks is a combination of doodlings for the fanfiction that I am co-writing with the FABULOUS ~cheesecakem-consumo and rough sketches for what I think the characters of the amazing Skulduggery Pleasant book series look like.Okay, the girl with long hair on the top is Li-Anne, the guy next to her is a crappily-sketched Grimmlock, then below Li-Anne is her sister, Dia, and then next to her is Peter. The thing near the top is a new race of formless that Li-Anne and Dia were working on creating (please read the fanfic for info on that, too). Or at least it's supposed to be...this is just the first mental image I got of it...It looks vaguely insectoid to me like this, and I'm not sure how I feel about it...TT_TT
Skulduggery Pleasant, for those who don't know, is one of the GREATEST book series I've read to date (thank yous Cheesecake
). Although, for all the people I've drawn I have yet to draw the man himself...Reason being? I can't draw realistic skulls. 
I'm not gonna post any of my drawings of him until I can do him justice...So...yep. That's about all I got...

Once again, I am in a kind of frustrated awe for how you can capture expressions that just fit with the characters so well. Those four in the top left, jeez. Li-Anne makes me feel uneasy. I feel like punching Peter in the face. Grimmlock makes me smile, 'cause he's the Grimmlock I know and love. And EITHER YOU READ MY MIND TO GET DIA or you drew this right after I told you what I thought she looked like...hehe...
Okay, I love that Formless. He looks so much more awesome than the original version. He reminds me of Jack Skellington! And I did notice the little sketces next to him, but I only saw one or two at a time. Then I zoomed out and saw all three of them in succession...
Oh. Oh god.
This is NOT a good day to make me laugh so hard, mate! Not when I ache all over from sit-ups and push-ups! Nooo! 
The SP characters...so many...so pretty... 8D ONE thing: China would never wear that shirt...simply because she doesn't need her clothes to be beautiful; she's plenty... My favourite...Dusk as a vampire.

I drew that China picture during/after my reading of the first SP book...I didn't feel much for her so, point blank, I didn't really notice/care if it suited her or not...I was just attempting to be creative.
...I can not tell you how happy I am that you said you thought Dusk's vampire form was cute. I thought he was too, then my mom saw it and said, and I quote, "Huh...well, it's really good, but I think that's gonna haunt me in my nightmares tonight..."
...I wasn't sure if I was crazy at that point or what. XD
Thank you for also saying that you thought he was scary. Because if he was just cute that would kind of defeat the purpose of the whole thing.

You know what I did after making that comment? I cropped every single doodle so the black bits were gone, put them all in a Word doc, printed them, and they now hang on my wall. They're that cool.
