That was my thought as well. It's such an unassuming little plant and so small that I was glad I zoomed in for a closer look!

They are so tiny but so cool! Still researching for a name for these pretty little flowers though...  

*Edit- I talked to my master gardener today and found out these little cuties are called Scorpion Tail plants (Heliotropium curassavicum

Good to know! I like finding out about plants and flowers, too. Wow, you have a master gardener - lucky!  My local botanic garden never has anyone around to answer questions like that, and the signage is less than consistent, but at least there is a local garden, and I have a guidebook that I consult quite a bit.

I am quite lucky to work with patient horticulturists and zoologists that answer most of my questions. Sometimes I stump even them, but luckily there are also a few very knowledgeable DA friends here that have been quite wonderful in helping me with ID inquiries.
