I have the fortune of working at a nature preserve/historical landmark that several of these gray foxes call home. On a recent walk I peered over a berm and stared into the pretty face of a gray fox and then looked to its left to see another one staring at me. A moment later another fox ran past me and then stopped to pose for a few photos before joining the other two. Dumb luck is an amazing thing.

Thank you my friend! My luck has been unbelievable lately. I had a feeling something special was waiting for me on the trails yesterday and I wasn't disappointed.  Quite a surreal and beautiful moment to have first thing in the morning.
