This my friends is my second techbrushset. I learned how to make them by reading tuts from the great and from plus my own ideas and creativity
All brushes were made with > PS 7 < .

new layer then brush at 100%opacity then layer blending options and select outer glow

just do experiments with size and spread... what you think looks best.... also make experiments with modes like linear doge and normal and such
