I've always figured it comes down to how much they're appreciated, rather than used. I've got several characters I spend more time gawking at and envisioning scenarios of then drawing. Doesn't mean they're less loved I think, which is what counts <3

names hmmm... I usually use nouns that share qualities with the character when naming mine ;w; (like a character with an explosive temper and warm-colored tones being named Caldera) or one that ties in with the design visually or just stuff I like the sound of
for a beb like this, because he was based on a snowy mountain / glacier I'd say maybe something along the lines of Frost, Glacier, Crevace, Morraine, Esker, Till, Arete, Tarn, idk
