Anyway the story is that, in my game I have a Woobat and I named it Loverbat for who-knows-what reason, and when it learned Heart Stamp I was like HEY THAT'S A CUTE MOVE IT'S A HEART OMG so I drew this as a tribute to Loverbat 8D
pokemon (c) the pokemon people because if I don't put this here they'll cart me off and turn me into a laboratory pikachu
