Description

The Winter Sports Festival was drawing to a conclusion... while the points were being tallied, every Chimereon seemed to put aside their team loyalty and come together for a fun winter party. Everyone except Marin and Rokusho, that is. Those two, while putting on a happy face for their teammates, seem to have a lot on their minds as they wait for the results of the Sports Festival. At least they haven't refused Chantilly's world famous hot cocoa; despite their nervous expressions they seem to be enjoying it.

It's time for the third and final mini event of the 2020 Chimereons Winter Sports Festival!
For this two-week block, the event will be an Afterparty!
Rules for this Event
• This Afterparty event will stop accepting submissions on June 21st at 11:59PM EST.
• Please only submit entries if you have signed up for the event. If you still want to sign up, see the link at the bottom of this description!

• Art pieces must at least have clean-ish lines. Color is optional, but earns more points. Writing must have a minimum of 1000 words. See below for point values.

• Keep things fun; while cartoonish sports-related violence is fine, please don't draw anyone getting gravely injured.

• You can draw Chimereons from your own team, or from the opposing team; it's up to you!
• If you don't own a Chimereon, have an account 5+ months old, and still want to participate, see this journal for a link to some lists of available chams to draw!
• As always, please include in the description links to the masterlist entries of the Chimereons you feature in your entries.
• Please for our convenience list what teams each Chimereon is on!

How To Earn Points
As with all of the sport events, there are a few things you can include in your entry that will earn points for your team.

These things are all optional, and are kept somewhat vague on purpose to allow as much creativity as possible!

There are also some bonus point items that you can include in your entry that will earn even more points!

If you're doing an art piece, here are some ways you can earn points for your team:
Base Points - Art
• Default +5

• Color +5

• Scenic Background (can be indoor or outdoor!) +5

• Additional Chimereons +1 your own, +5 someone else’s (Maximum of 5)

• Team Spirit (draw Chams that belong to your teammates) +5

• Sportsmanship (draw Chams that belong to the other team) +5

Bonus Points - Art
• Something to Eat/Drink +1

• A Conversation (two or more Chimereons interacting) +1

• A Source of Warmth +5

• Decorations +5

If you're doing a written piece, here are some ways you can earn points for your team:
Base Points - Written
• Default 1000 words +5

• 1250 words +5

• 1500 words +5

• Additional Chimereons +1 your own, +5 someone else’s (Maximum of 5)

• Team Spirit (draw Chams that belong to your teammates) +5

• Sportsmanship (draw Chams that belong to the other team) +5

Bonus Points - Written
• Mention of Something to Eat/Drink +1

• A Conversation between two or more Chimereons +5

• Mention of a Heat Source +1

• Description of Decorating / Decorations +5

*When we write "maximum of 5," you're allowed to include more Chimereons, but only up to 5 will earn extra points.

Prizes As with every mini event, the following prizes will be given for a completed entry:

- 1 Oz Roll (results in a random prize: Beetoles, or Chantilly Vouchers, or a Common MYO Slot)
- 1 Raffle Ticket (which will automatically be entered into the raffle at the end of the whole event;
we originally listed this as 3 by mistake, we have retroactively fixed this for all entries and will do 1 from now on! It's the same odds, just easier for us to enter)
- 3 Beetoles
- If you complete all of the Base Points opportunities, you get 6 Beetoles
- If you complete all of the Bonus Points opportunities, you get 9 Beetoles
