Well, first I got up (really) early (5:15) to catch the sunrise, and then set the white balance to "sunny" to make it look warmer. This unfortunately turned the baby chickies to a nice shade of tangerine, so I pulled up the brightness and messed with the curves a little (read: a lot). So yeah, it's definitely edited!
And I got the shot just by sticking the baby chickies in front of a window with a nice view.
