Mh...At that point its an interpretation point....I consider Pharah more of the "Need all the muscles I can get"-typ of woman because she is a soldier....

The fit and slender typ is for the other girls...Tho Pharah looks far more balanced out with her muscles than some women overdoing their fitness....
