Mad Scientist: Herbert West (Reanimator).
Scientists/Researchers:
- Melanie 'Mel' Sanders...hired on board to help with the creation of some of the new experiments.
- Rattus Rattus (Horrible Histories). To help with historical and scientific data on the subjects.
- Dr Satan (House Of 1000 Corpses).
- Dr Decker (Nightbreed).
- Pinhead (Hellraiser)
- Doctor Corey Covidicus...a humanoid-ish covid microbe that likes helping people, being a microbian from Microbe City, his job is to inform people and help Rattus with data regarding microbes throughout history.
- Vilmer Slaughter (Texas Chainsaw Masscare: Next Generation).
- Nurse Oats...an anthro male horse who crossdresses as a nurse and serves as Corey's bestie and partner, he loves looking after people and nursing in general and he is a healer, he is a soft-spoken equine-guy who always knows what to do.
- Salvatore Moreau (Resident Evil: Village). Moreau was in need of a fellow fish-monster to be his friend, hence why Abe Sabien was created.
- Frank Booth (Blue Velvet).

Subjects/Experiments:
- Seth Brundle/Brundlefly (The Fly 1986). Moreau views Brundle as a potential friend as opposed to a mere experiment because he and Brundle have bonded together.
- Abe Sapien (Hellboy). Moreau needed a fellow fish-person to be his friend, so Abe Sapien was created for that purpose but became a valued member of the time.
- Samatha Pringle (Deadly Friendly).
- Shuna Sassi (Nightbreed)
- Kinski (Nightbreed).
- Diana Walter (Lights Out).
- Mimi Minionette. An anthro female despicable me style minion with multiple siblings, she was created to be the ultimate assistant/best friend.
- Tom Everett (Caddyshack II). Tom was an accident, one of many attempts at creating a group of 'Were-Aykroyds' using Aykroydian DNA, several Aykroyds were already created successfully but the ones that were by accident turned out to be wrong and those included Tom Everett, Vic Frohmyer and Pa Tex, one of them becoming of Dan the main Were-Aykroyd's brothers while Frohmyer and Pa essentially became part of the villainous group of aykroyds.
- Debbie Stevens (Nightmare On Elm Street franchise). As a result of being turned into a cockroach by Freddy Krueger, she was given half-insect powers and got herself an insect-woman with humanoid features form.
- Mork (Mork and Mindy).
- Sil (Species).
- Amilyn (Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie).
- Collector (Demon Knight).
- Angela Franklin (Night of The Demons)
- James Corden. Corden was chosen to be part of Mel's experiments for several reasons one being that no other scientists that weren't part of West's group or Mel's group would have him, the others being that he coud be used for further study, and also because the scientists thought that pairing him up with Rattus Rattus to see who the real pest is was part of the intial experiment but it failed after those two got along, although another plan was to make him into a Harkonnen type.
- Bobo and Lil Debul (Nothing But Trouble).
- Weyoun (Star Trek: DS9). Herbert West became fascinated with him after finding out how similar he was to himself and how he has his own clones, thinking that he himself decided to use his skills to make an intensive study of Weyoun and his species.
- Greta (Gremlins II: The New Batch). When some minion DNA was fused with gremlin DNA, Mimi found herself making new friends in form of the anthro minion/gremlin hybrids known as the Greminions and also of the Half-Minionette version of Greta that was a fusion of her own DNA and the female Gremlin.
- Lenid (Bloodrayne). Lenid's extremely rare and powerful vampiric dna and blood were examined and were made into a super pathogen used for the creation of vampire powers.
- Bobby Keller (Dream A Little Dream).
- Feyd Rautha (Dune 1984).
- Matt Cordell (Maniac Cop). He and Jeff the Orc were created to be the ultimate security guard team.
- Mary Lou (Prom Night).
- Eddie (Rocky Horror Picture Show). Eddie was revived by Herbert as part of an experiment, but he decided to use some dna of Lenid, another character played by Eddie's actor Meat Loaf...this made him ageless and gave him somewhat of an immortality factor and also vampire powers.
- Hessian Horseman (Sleepy Hollow).
- Yatsu (Tetsuo: The Iron Man). Pinhead decided to make this guy into an apprentice, so he made him half-cenobite.
- Max Renn (Videodrome).
- Jeff (Weta Unleashed).
