I can't help but notice the program you are using...
Flash, eh?
So how did you colour it like you did with that program? You would have to have like, a thousand layers if you just used a brush on a low alpha if that's the case. I'm jealous of your colouring style.
I would like to gain the knowledge of how you did that...

hmm no.. i use flash to doodle and stuff but for this i used Photoshop... if can look up this, there de blue logo of photoshop (:
and yeah a work in several layers for every color.... it takes time (:
