This is a plant that lives mainly in arid climates, deserts or mountains. It Has a complex root system that stretches across huge areas of land and consumes all the available nutrients, water, space, and organisms. It leaves an area dry and kills everything within its root system. When something walks near the roots it its able to detect the vibrations using the smaller hair like threads that branch off of the main roots. When this happens the roots rip out of the ground to drag its prey to the plant. The Devils Thorns plant then injects the prey with a potent toxin that paralyzes the prey and causes the flesh to decay. Then the roots dray the prey to the base of the plant where it begins to wrap it in a covering of roots which absorbs the nutrients from the dead animal.
