Description This is my piece for the upcoming Mint Condition a comic book inspired art show at LTD Gallery in Seattle, WA. Show opens this Friday March 30th in conjunction with the Emerald City Comicon. I always loved looking at those mail order ads in comics for all the cool and crazy crap you could get for just a few dollars, this is a homage to that with a bit of a different twist.

Love it.

If only comics still had these gimmicks. The prizes they advertised were insane.

Just 25 cents for meteor rock? That seems like a steal. But I guess the shipping from Metropolis is where they get you.

Makes sense though. Much of it was synthetically made. I hear they used the recipe from some quirky computer programmer.

(Also, they used to have pink rocks, but for some reason were discontinued.)

The cube is the best thing in this poster! Runner-up is the green power ring.

Thanks for this wonderful picture!

Thanks Matt,
I'm digging those Wiz of Oz and Little Red Riding Hood prints ya did for the fairy tale show. Very cool.
