Talk about leaving it until the last minute, the paint is barely dry on this one! Painted on A4 The Langton 300gsm paper, using my Aquafine pocket watercolour set along with a touch of cerulean blue, permanent rose, and Chinese white on golf Taklon brushes, the seagull and dark shapes were first finelined in UniPin black fineliner, then painted with black watercolour and finished with Windsor and Newton black Indian ink. I like layering up the watercolours to make the colours brighter, and I've bought some liquid paints in tubes that I can get a better colour with than the hard tablets I started off with. Pleased you like. π
