Terrifying... A narrow spiral staircase up above the clouds, no handrail, steps made of glass, wide gaps in between, have to carry heavy potted plant as I make my way down... nope, wouldn't do it. This girls got balls.
Sorry about that, I felt the need to make that observation. Anyway, my critique might be a bit off since this style of coloring (not to mention subject matter) has always been difficult for me. The whole crisp/clean lines and smooth, lightly blended colors always took a level of patience and control that seemed like wizardry. I'm much more partial to just scribbling down all sorts of lines and colors until there's enough going on to blend it all together, but I digress.
The background, which is the most "painted-looking" part to me, bothers me slightly due to the way the clouds seem to be made up of tiny little cotton balls. Clouds do tend to have little tufts like that sometimes, but there are almost always a lot of great big tufts going on at the same time. The fact that there are that many clouds, and they're not clumping together as much as they should, is just somewhat off putting. Ultimately this is just me being nit-picky though because it's a well-done piece, and it shows proficiency for the anime/manga style that you were going for.
The other part that bothers me is that, even though you seem to have been going for the deep perspective effect to emphasise the angle and height depicted in the piece, her feet seem a bit small. It might actually be due to the stairs underneath not quite sharing the same perspective angle though, as I feel like the feet would look fine if the stairs weren't there to provide a size comparison.
On another positive note though, I really like the green/red of the flower against the predominate white/blue of the rest of the piece. It really draws the eye and adds a different, yet interesting type of life to the alternately beautiful sky world that she's in.

Yeah it's kinda terrifying but in the world of art you can draw whatever you want, that's also the beauty of art ahah ^^
For the clouds I used a premade brush, that's why is not really well-done cause I'm a very lazy person ;A;
and you're also right for the prespective about the feet, but once I noticed it it was already too late and I was too lazy to change it...
I feel I'm such a lazy person....sorry..

The clouds (and the entire thing) are well-done, they just could be more well done is all. I also don't consider not fixing stuff to be lazy because that's a lot of frustrating work with this type of drawing (one that is generally done with a lot of very calculated line work, inking, shapes, colors, and layers as opposed to just slapping things down with the brush tool) to go back to that stage and redraw something from the ground up. That's all I'd do with a critique anyway, is just say "oh well, I'll remember that for future pieces." I never go back and fix stuff.
