Description
2005_________e v i L - the purest kind. ________________________________________ _____still inlove with this style, too much to let it go..
This is my "one-year of-deviantart-cheer-myself& others-up-piece". Yeah, its been a long and fun year, lots of new influences and inspirations even outside art, cant say how happy iam to have stumbled accross this wonderful place.
Work; I've worked quite much on this piece, n so im pleased with the result.. tho as i look at it now i see i gotta start using the zoom out button much more often when im doin the 2d hehe.. The colors is what i worked most with here, i wanted something clear and dark at the same time, think i spent a whole day changing them back n forth trying different combos.. at the end i went back to my old favorite "cyanbluegreen" color.. just fits best with the whole idea i thought.
The name, i dunno why but it just seemed abit evil when i looked at it during the making, like its ready to leap out and spread fear and death.
Music; was an important key in this. "Efterklang" is the band id like to salute this time (electonic/lounge beats)
Tools; Made in Bryce 5 and Photoshop CS 8
Hope u like the piece, be careful not to look too closely
full view plz

Beautiful work!
Bright and dingy at the same time, I think you got pretty much what you were aiming for, right?
Nice colour selection too. Cyan always looks good in dark renders, I find.
Keep up the good work!

I love the colors and as with your other pieces, it's incredible! What do you use to do all of your artwork? I've always liked digital art but I've always wondered how people do it.

wow!
bra gjort!

This looks really good. Complex, but not TOO complex. The colors are sweet too. Good choice. Some edges are pixelated but that's the least.

Imma be straight forward, kinda.
First off the colors are amazing. You got wat you asked for, Dark and clear.
Your 2d is really nice, although the half circles on the bottom left look out of place (too "into" to the left of the 2 full dotted circles).
Im on this school computer and the monitor resolustion is 800x600 but on here it seems that the edges of some of the render is "sharp/pixely". Maybe blur them and smudge them to get a smoother look.
REMINDER: on this school computer the resolition is 800x600,
All together a 16-17/20 in my rating. Lovin it good job bro. """"maybe teach me some techniques in brushin"""
