I see. The B/W parts might benefit from some shading on it. It sort of looks unfinished as it. It would look more ominous.

I was worried about this but the design used here was intentional; Derek's time in Afghanistan was a while ago and a lot of the memories are starting to fade with the exception of the traumatic portions. This page and the next page seem a bit stark since they don't have the benefit of the color fade in/out that the previous page had. Only a bit more and we'll have full color again.
