History: Penny comes from Cleveland, Ohio and has quite an MMA pedigree. Similar to Rocky, Penny also was a mixed martial artist prior to her mutation into a platypus. Penny was an up and coming star and was being prepped for a prime time UFC debut when the bio terror attacks happened. Just as what happened with Rocky she finds herself having to fight within the PMF as mutants are currently not allowed to participate in the big time sports leagues for the time being.
Due to her training in Jeet Kune Do she is deep into the subtleties of martial arts; particularly the spiritual portion. Penny has noticed that Rocky is a Steelers fan...and she would love to prove the superiority of the Cleveland Browns in any way she can. Like Snow and Maxie she also has taken notice of Rubix...and while she is not as openly trying to woo him she waits and bides her time for her rivals' moment of weakness so she can snatch Rubix for herself.
