Ok so....what if...Gau never ran away from India. What if he had never met the band and became a happier person.

If you read his age meme you will notice he gradually got more and more angry with life. If he stayed with his parents he'd probably just be an overall hateful guy. As you can see in his appearance his parents would not allow him to grow his hair out. If he would refuse to go to the hair salon they would cut it in his sleep. He also had a job where he lifted heavy objects, so that explains his more than usual muscular arms. I'd imagine his parents to find out about the drumsticks he bought and break 'em. =/
Also yes that's a little bandaid on his cheek. Due to his hate his bad temper is worse than ever. So he'll oftenly get into fist fights...and win. Plus most would let him win because well...they'd get in trouble if the police found out they knocked out a cow/bull (unless the person is a cow/bull themself).
