she looks like a kitsune, though she was called a wolf. I honestly don't know at this point. Hopefully some answers s to what she is will come soon

To be fair, since Ninjago is based on asien mythologie/lifestyle/etc. it is not surprising most would assume she is a vixen.
To my knowledge only foxes have more tails in asien mythologie.
But I guess since the Neverrealm is..possible inspired by a different culture and winter based, they thought a wolf is more fitting?! This and perhaps other reasons too, I guess, haha!
