I really love the colors and the vibrant colors! SEE BLACK OUTLINES DO FAVORS FOR NO ONE!! And it looks like you found a real strong grasp of your lines. The lines are so smooth now. However the darkish shade near the bottom of her dress is sort of distracting; consistency is key...keep up with the crisp cell-shading. Same with the end of the background - just keep the gradient going.

Overall very lovely image. You have improved SO much.
