Description
I have decied to change Marcus design. I see no need to keep myself as a moogle so I changed myself to chibi-human. The changes mostly includes the removal of wings and pompom and his ears are now on his head-side, and they're the traditional 6-ears design. He still has his pencil and being unshaved, slacking boy.The background is supposed to take side at a lake, but it could get misstaken for a sky-background I guess. Just so you know, that's supposed to be water
So, this is the new design for Marcus. If you still want to see/draw him as a moogle, okay for me. Just keep in mind it won't be official design anymore

Heh, perhaps it reminds us of the sky because the perspective is odd. Marcus and the grass suggest that we're looking at the scene up front, while the water seems to have a top-down point of view. Oh well; come to think of it, this does match your drunkish waggle

I know what you mean. Maybe I should have added a horison line wher the water and sky could have meet, and maybe put some land there as well to give the feeling of a lake. A straight line would give the feeling of an ocean I think
I'm also starting to get a little unsure if the change was a good idea. A few ppl I talked with all says that they perfered the moogle version infront of this, so I'll maybe change back sometime (so your opinion on this is welcome). All I can say now is that I had a reason why I changed it, but I want to keep that reason for myself for the moment.
Lastly, yes, the grass is supposed to be like a text (it says Kupo if it wasn't obvious enough). It's a fun thing I started with to add small secrets in my work in order to give you something to look for and me trying to be creative when adding them. I have done this with all my pictures since the AprilFools pic I made this year, so have alook around if you have some time over

Heh, I was actually wondering if it said 'kupo'; it seemed to be the most logical choice, but I couldn't make it out completely.
As for the change... I guess I preferred the previous version artistically, because of the perspective and brightly coloured scenery in this new one. But it has nothing to do with whether or not you're depicted as a moogle or as a human.

For the character change though, I'll keep it human for a while and then I'll see. Someone said I could have both and the character could "jump" between the shapes. That's a possibility as well I presumes.

I guess I understand. But I don't think I could ever change my own character. Just one question. What made you decide to change? Did you think you had enough moogle charaters as it is?

Yeah, mostly. I have 3 already, and also, Marcus is supposed to be after myself so I wanted to do the change. I'll do this as an experiment for now and if I for some reason isn't pleased with it I can always undo it. It will probably piss some ppl off if I do, but the option is still there.
