I'm tired of being the punchbag of misfortune. Time to have some fun on someone's else's expense... Also, I need someone to help me clean the house.A random and silly idea I got yesterday and started working on this. Also, we need more hypnosis art in my opinion.

Hehe then let's get to this shall we.
Jet was currently chained upside down in the middle of your house, if he surrenders then you get to hypnotize him. He had no objections to it and was very excited at the idea. But also felt that you should earn it too, you had your own tickle tools as well as ones you "borrowed" from him after knocking him out.

I was sitting on a chair in front of Jet, just starring him down for a while. "You think you can sneak in here to capture all of us in our own home? Honey, you've got a big storm coming!" I say and snickers, fingering a pendulum coin in my hands. "I'll teach you a lesson first before I'll make you stay here for the whole weekend. Should be enough for you to help us clean up here, as well as being our tickle toy."

"Hehe well you'll have to make me surrender to being hypnotized first buddy." Jet grinned happily.
He swayed a little in the chain which made his belly jiggle from the movement looking adorable to watch. He shifts around a bit too with a big excited smile on his face.

I pick up the backpack that Jet was carrying when sneaking into the house earlier. "Lets see what you brought with you." I say and looks through his stuff. "Hmmmm, a tickle sphere, a golden-feather duster... Two water guns and a stink bomb; to make us surrender, I bet." I add and winks at Jet, thinking he looked adorable. "Some itching- and sneezing powder as well. I think I'll have better use of those." I add as I pick up the feather duster, with gold-feathers, from his backpack.

Jet gulped cutely as he saw you go through his own backpack, twisted a bit in the chains with nervous excitement for what you have in store. His belly trembled a little upon seeing the duster.
"Hehe using my own tools against me." Jet chuckled nervously.

βOf course. I think the message will go through much easier that way.β I say and snickers. With Jet hanging upside-down, his belly was hanging in a more bloated way, as I start to brush it with the duster. βSwoop swoop, haha.β X3

His belly jolted in place while his laughter came right out of him, he twisted side to side in the chains looking very cute as he shook around.

Jet wasn't able to twist around too much, so keeping the duster in roughly the same place was enough to keep brushing his tummy. "Tickle tickle, you lil sneak. I'll have you surrender to me in no-time." I say and smirks.

The belly bounced from the soft feel of the duster as he laughed happily from it. Growing more frantic from your taunting, giving his laugh an even cuter tone as it sounded very helpless and yet full of enjoyment too.
"OOHOHHOHOHOHOOHHO OH PLEHEHEHHEHEHEHEHEHASE NO MOHOHOHOHOHOOHRE!" Jet begged happily.

"Coochie coochie coo, lil chu!" I taunted happily, brushing his belly faster with the feather duster, letting some of the feathers slide occasionally in and out of his belly button. "I'll have you surrender to me in no time, and then you'll be my hypnosis slave for the whole weekend, haha!"Β

As the duster sped up his laughter rose higher in volume, his belly's bouncing was faster as well as it was subjected to the duster. You were well aware of how sensitive he was to electricity tickling now and his bag was full of those kind of tools. The franticness in his laughter got higher, his body writhed in a left to right pattern by the second.
"SPHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHARE ME OH PLEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEASE!" Jet pleaded happily.

"Hehe, you can end it any time you want." I teases and winks, putting the feather duster down for a moment. "But to make you do that, I'll be needing something stronger." I say and gets over to Jet's bag some more. "I know you well. Just because I've already looked through your backpack, I bet you have some secret compartments in here." I say and examines the seams inside, soon finding a few secret pockets, pulling out a couple of shocking pads. "Ohhh, these will do nicely." X3

The Pikachu's body hung there limp and exhausted, he took in big deep breathes so his belly was pumping at a cute slow speed in response. His eyes were half drooped in exhaustion but he still had that big smile on his face to show his enjoyment. His eyes widened a bit as he saw the shocking pads.
"E-ehehehe you really want me under your control huh?" Jet chuckled weakly.

"Of course I do. You're way too much fun to not mess around with." I say and chuckles as I put the shocking pads across various spots of Jet's tummy. Each pad has a short wire that I need to connect to a power source. I simply attach them to Jet's lightning-pads on his cheeks. "I just had to make you emit a short electricity current to power the pads, and they'll start shocking you. I bet that'll make you emit even more power, making it a continuous cycle." I say snickering as I take out an electric toothbrush.

The instant the pads attached his belly jolted in place from each one, they felt funny on him but he liked it very much. His body swayed a bit in the chains that held him up. He twisted a bit in a left to right pattern he felt the nervous excitement had build up very high.
"Hehe and how do you plan to use my own electricity then? Even under merciless tickling it doesn't come out accidently." Jet grinned playfully

It's not often you get to see me with such a mischievous and devilish smile, so it is unique now when it happens. xD And the face on the pompom is originally an idea from a friend of mine who started to add it whenever they drew me.

I think it's the fact that I'm usually so cute looking, that I now can't be taken serious when trying to be menacing. You could probably just give me a cuddle and a tease and I would start blushing shyly immediately.
