Ooh this had quite a bit of photoshoping :< The snow particels didnt render in sfm so I added those in photoshop, also attempted to make heavy cry I can't really see much a difference but...Don't worry heavy he will respawn soon.
No im not supporting some sort of heavyXmedic slash however I believe that heavy and medic have a very strong bond of friendship

I really appreciate this image and your observation that Heavy and Medic can share a very strong bond/friendship without being homosexual. I think there's a sore lacking of Heavy and Medic art that can go in that direction. :3

Its probably the ligthing I added, when you make a poster if its a close up right click on the bone for the models head and click Dag utilitys > Create lights. It's always good to experiment aswell to make your own lights just do what you would to add a model ingame but click create light instead and mess around with the settings to get them how you want, atleast I think thats what the issue is.
