Description
Being a California gal, Aura is... not particularly used to cold weather. At all. It's taking a while to adapt.Related content

no, exept ifyou are in the north part near the north pole, but if you are in middle canada or near the US it is not that much, specially this winter was very warm due to constant heat waves from the south.
She is just to used to a climat that never drop under 0

Well, my uncle lives in Canada and he says that our places are way much colder than Delta. But I guess, Canada is a huge country with different climate in different places. What about your place? Do you have a winter for nine months?

It's strange. I guess, we live further south than you, but you have more mild climate than we do.
And what about your summer? And weather during the year in general?

I came from the land of ice and cold... moved to the land of hot and humid. I know the pain.

in my case if i move somewhere it can hardly be worse
hot humid summers and cold slushy winters (and some snow but climatic change made it last a short time before becoming slushy again)

Adapting to cold environments (I moved to Steamboat Springs, which has a climate similar to Alberta, Canada, from San Diego):
1. Coffee, Cocoa, and Spiced Apple Cider are your allies
2. Knit thermals under your clothes, until you're used to the thermal cycle.
3. It tends to be dryer, than damp, so if you notice things getting chapped, pick up some chapstick and some vitamin e cream or oil.
4. There's no such thing as too many blankets
5. Get a place with a fireplace. If that doesn't pan out, just light your apartment on fire to stay warm, then cheese it before the Mounties come for you c.c

Cold weather isn't really desirable for most people.

Funny in the sense that her tail having so much fur would be the ultimate heat source.
