Well It's better then the last fan-art of her 8D.
like the background?? XD I have no clue, I FAIL and backgrounds... LIKE.. MASSIVE FAIL. D:, and least Reimu looks cute X3 ( I hope)
I think I forgot some things on her dress and ribbon...
