Description "My number one rule is to keep that camera rolling. Even if it's shaky or slightly out of focus, I don't give a rip. Even if a big old alligator is chewing me up I want to go down and go, 'Crikey!' just before I die. That would be the ultimate for me." ~Steve Irwin, 1962-2006.

Thylacine, unknown-1930.

I remember a few years back when I heard about Steve Irwin's death. I rushed home and checked everywhere to find it had been a rumour. The other day I heard of it again and thought someone had once again had dredged the old rumour back up. Not this time, though.

Thank you, Crocodile Hunter. Heroes may die, but their legend will always live on.

i keep hearing that brought up, that he always said he wanted the good and bad to be filmed no matter what. somehow, it doesn't seem to matter now: if it leaks onto the old i-net, the people who don't like it will be enraged and the people who do will think they're getting away with something unintended. *sigh*

this is very heartfelt of you. and thylacines are the sex.

(btw it's 06)

I dunno how I feel about the video, but you are certainly right.

thank you, and yes they are! did you know that there's an Australian project trying to clone and bring thyalcines back? O_o

ehehe, I keep doing that same typo, even when I write it.

holy fucking crap! like, jurassic park style? DNA and stuff?

"tasmanian tiger" huh... funny, always looked more like dogs to me. crazy marsupial-crawling continent. it'd be nice to see some more. all the ones in the old pictures look weird, like how 1800's photos of people always look like they're already dead/stuffed/elsehow not real.

Exactly like Jurassic Park XD

Apparently they were called both Tasmanian tiger and wolf.... I was trying to find some info on whether they were feline or canine cause of the names, but they are neither. Crazy marsupials is right!
