These are some circles with drips that I made. They are free to use, but if you download, please fav it as well. And you must give me credit. Note me with a link to your deviation, too!How to use:
Download it> Save it to a place where you will remember it> Open the file in your program> Use the 'Magic Selection' tool> Click anywhere on the various circles> Layer via copy> Select with 'Selection' tool> Drag to your main canvas.
Easy as that!
