In my heacanon, the Pale King learned how to create Vessels from the Nightmare King Grimm, who already had created some "Grimm" that in my idea are a sort of "vessels" for the Nightmare Heart and probably they exist much before the creation of the Pale King VesselsPlease, don't post this picture in other sites without my permission.
