More random Pokemon stuff!
According to Espurr's pokedex entry, it has enough psychic powers to blow stuff up but can't control it so it seals that power by keeping its ears closed. However, this is psychic energy, does it affect those that resist it?
Purrloin welcomed the newer generation cat by a stalk and pounce. Purrloin doesn't care that Espurr released a powerful blast from shock since it doesn't affect her. Now Espurr has made a big mess AND lost a perfectly good puff.
