Description
This isn't the first time I've dropped my laptop, but it sucks none the less. For some reason or another, I either drop my precious Alienware Laptop or something happens when makes it hard to use and possibly need repair. I hate it as there's a chance my data is at risk.Related content

This is one reason why I constantly backup my data to an external drive.

I don't own an external drive, though, nor do I have the cash or know what kind to get.

Yeah, I know some drives are costly. I have a Seagate drive which holds 3 terabytes of data, which is a lot, but I got it for $130. I found some online, however, that are only $50 yet can hold 1 terabyte of data. They may be among what you want.
