I agree, this needs shading. Right now, it's just a lot of green surface. Pick up a hair brush, fire up dodge and burn, and go to town (ooh, now I wanna draw a lot of hair - it's so much fun!)
There's also something about the face. The mouth is too far forward. It should be as far back as the nose root (I have no idea what it's called in English... I hope you understand).
The lineart is sketchy, too. Kind of a shame when smoother lines would have added so much to the wooshiness of the picture.
The detail of the ear is nice, though. It just needs to be bigger.
