Very nice! Its almost good already... heres A few things that might help houhg if you arent satified

1: For the tail, make it have a sort of wave motion to follow the line of action in the body. Basically what you want is, as the back legs go up in the air, the tail will arch, then go back to a dip when the legs spread apart. 

2: Another thing to change would be to have the front paws land farther foreward. How youve drawn it here, they come off the ground and land exactly where they were before, making it look like the back legs are the only things moving the animal forewards.
To correct it, if the front paws were to land father forewards then travel back while still touching the ground line, it will give the impression that the dog really is pulling itself forewards with its front legs, not just jumping with its back ones.

Keep in mind I am trying to help, I actually really am impressed with the this ;v;
Dont be afraid to make the tail movement more dramatic! I suggest making it move more like a wave in the ocean
If you could, you could also make the front left leg move one or two frames before the other, and the same with the back right leg 0:
