Description
This is a photo I took of Gabriella walking with her daddy, my husband We were taking a scenic walk and photographing whatever caught our eye, and this was what caught mine. This was taken on the 9th of April 2004. Gabby was 17 months old, but she looks especially tiny here because her daddy is 6'8" tall.I couldn't decide wether I liked the black and white version or the colour version [link] better, so I submitted both.

Thanks! I am getting a mixed response about which one is better, but so far, the black and white version is in the lead.

lol! Standing next to a toddler kind of emphasizes his height; don't you think?

This is really nice And what a difference in big and small....hehe
I like it better in b&w though...gives the subject itself a bigger chance
Great shot

Thank you!
It seems I'm getting a mixed response about which is a better version. Which is partly why I posted both.

i think b'n'w version is better. it's more... family. it has that "thing".
It looks like an old family photo,
i have some photos of me, taken "couple" of years ago. I really like that old b'nw photos, so propably becouse of that i like your bnw version

Wow thats excellent. I love how it appears he is leading this child through the path of life - and there are a lot of bad things (trees) along the way. Very nice and expressive - very tender.
Great shot,
Adam
