Description New horsie adopts.

I often create mountains of sketches when coming up with new horses, these didn't make the cut for my own stable:

No points, this is apply the old way (Draw the horsie you want and fill in the application form)

I have extended the deadline for these to JAN 20TH, almost a month.

My hopeful entry for number 2!!!! *EEEK* I don't wait well, these 6 days will be painful lol.
I am really proud to say this is one of the best horses I feel I have ever drawn, I normally do a very toony/spirit style and this inspiration has helped me to develop a more sophisticated look, so thank you Moonfeather!

Wow, I love the second one, top row. If I wasn't concentrating mostly on realistic colors, I'd definitely be trying for that drafty beauty!!
It's so tempting, what with selling off some of my older unused charries to make room for more. Must. Look. Away!

All these designs are impressive, but I'm absolutely in love with the Blue Tartan Checkequine. Perhaps after finals this week I'll have a try at adopting that one. Even if I don't get the horse, drawing it would still be fun.

I'll be sure to note you when I'm finished with it, but that probably won't be until sometime next week.

Photoshop and a mouse ^.^; I usualy colour with pencils but I don't have time, so whipped up it on computer over my sketches

AHHH. *explodes* CHECKERED ADOPTABLES. Two and five are so wonderful. I love two's castlelike markings, it reminds me of a mideval jousting costume Everyone in the world is going to try for number five... I think I may jump on the bandwagon too

I plan to make more war/jousting adopts in the future as there arent many heavy horse breeders YAY you neeeeed a checkered horse :grin:

Yeah, that's true. There weren't many gaited horse breeders either a year ago... but that's changed a lot now.
