This one is the Linda wig in fire red from shop.cosplay.com. however they are currently backordered by like 2 months on it, so you probably want to get it from amphigory.com or another wig place. ^^

The base for the vest i got on ebay. I made it smaller, added/made all the patches and the numbers, and made the neck scarf. Skirt was from forever21, shirt i had, radio was from ebay, tighs were from asos, and shoes i had.
