This is an easy install CSS skin. Hit the button under the preview and accept the agreement. Then go to the submit new journal entry page and click on the skin button on the bottom. You should be able to choose this skin. Then click on the Options tab and edit the links in the header by changing the CAPS LOCK text only. You can also remove this header section entirely. You will only have to do this once.
To write your journal, go back to the Journal Text tab and add this text:
Write your journal in the MAIN CONTENT HERE space and you're good to go.

I like where you went with this, the swirls draw the eye - both to the journal itself, and to the text area. You've spaced things out well, so you can see everything.
The links are well done (I checked the live version). The underline is just enough flair, not too much, and I like the boxed comments link and previous journal link. I personally would space out the links section a little more, pad the links so they have another 4-8 pixels in between.
My biggest issue is the colors; they're too similar. I like the white background in theory, but it's rather hard to look at - darker colors are easier on the eyes. With the white (since it's clearly designed around that color), your grays aren't dark enough for me, at least where the text is concerned. (I like the multi-toned flower spirals.) Light gray on white makes me strain to read what's written there. I don't mind so much for the links, but the title and the content could be darker. It doesn't have to be black, just darker than it is. Maybe the text size could be a little bigger? That might help with the straining-to-read issue.
I'm not sure what I think about the scrollbar. I like scrollbars on small areas, like a thumbs/stamps/features section that you don't want to overwhelm the journal. But the content is the point of the journal... I'm not sure you want to force a limit on size. Limiting it makes it feel less important, as opposed to allowing it to expand the journal, giving that section the power of controlling the whole journal's size. That's entirely based on perspective, so I don't want to say that I don't like it.
Overall it's a nice journal, very pretty. The spirals are lovely, great style.

Very well done. Wording is nicely sized and gives flare to a normally boring journal. Very interesting artwork that attracts the eyes as well. With the artwork in the background it makes the readers of the journal draw their eye to the center of the information being presented. Also the way to install and run this CSS is very easy and very convient for those users who are not accustom to working with CSS's or any other form of editing. I recommend this White Flower CCS to any user that wishes to add some spunk to their journal page to make it more interesting. =bluefir111
