EDIT: Because this is apparently unclear, I would like to add that journal CSS/skins are a subscriber only feature. You must be a subsciber/beta-tester to use this.

This is an easy install CSS skin. Hit the button under the preview and accept the agreement. Then go to the submit new journal entry page and click on the skin button on the bottom. You should be able to choose this skin. Then click on the Options tab and edit the links in the header by changing the CAPS LOCK text only. You can also remove this header section entirely. You will only have to do this once.

To write your journal, go back to the Journal Text tab and add this text:

MAIN CONTENT HERE

Write your journal in the MAIN CONTENT HERE space and you're good to go.
