Original deviation for normal install: [link]EDIT: Because this is apparently unclear, I would like to add that journal CSS/skins are a subscriber only feature. You must be a subsciber/beta-tester to use this.
This is an easy install CSS skin. Hit the button under the preview and accept the agreement. Then go to the submit new journal entry page and click on the skin button on the bottom. You should be able to choose this skin. Then click on the Options tab and edit the links in the header by changing the CAPS LOCK text only. You can also remove this header section entirely. You will only have to do this once.
To write your journal, go back to the Journal Text tab and add this text:
Write your journal in the MAIN CONTENT HERE space and you're good to go.

Stupid question: if I use the div class twice, will it make two scroll boxes?

No. It's absolute positioned, so they'll be right on top of each other and one will be hidden. Sorry. If you don't want it to all be hidden in the scroll, though, I have noticed some people leaving that out, and it looks different, but not horrible. It does make it a little hard to read, and it has come to my attention that the font color is a little too light (unfortunately, the skin is not editable, for some reason).

I would have loved having two boxes as to keep the different languages seperated. But all right, maybe I'll just have to find a normal install journal with those features...

Well, I like it a lot, it's just that I was trying to find one where I can seperate the languages in different boxes as I always write my journals in two languages... and it gets confusing even for me to find when I wrote in what language.
