Whew! So yeah, that was a pretty tough time trying to select the winners. I spent a lot of time going through them all over and over, to the point where I'm a day late announcing the winners. 
Congratulations to FluffyFeah and JoieArt! Their respective ponies Mint Breeze and Confetti Cake are the winners!
Now I want to stress that this doesn't mean that I consider all of the other contestant ponies inferior by any means - I had a very hard time narrowing it down to only two ponies. Heck, I had a hard time picking out the remaining ten to put in the poll. I wish I had the time to make even more vectors for them all. Perhaps I'll do another contest or something in the future. I commend and thank you all for entering this contest! I really enjoyed reviewing all of your wonderful characters and I hope that I'll be able to do some art of them some day if possible.
Anyhow - here, in order of submission, are the ten finalists for the community poll to select the third winner.
The poll will run for three days, after which the third and final winner will be official declared. In the event of a tie, I'll vector those that tied, UNLESS like half the entries tie, then I'll probably run a followup poll or select it myself. We'll cross that bridge if and when we should come to it. Good luck everypony!
Note: I respectfully ask that nobody enlist their hordes of followers, should they have them, to go vote for them in the poll. This is unfair because not everyone has huge numbers of watchers that they can request to go vote for them and more importantly, it skews the poll when people blindly vote for their friends and not for the pony they personally like the most out of all the entries. If I find that somebody does this, I'll have no choice but to disqualify their pony.
